Mrs. Chase has served as the RCCA School Administrator since 2018.  She brings over 25 years of Christian ministry and educational leadership experience and carries a contagious enthusiasm and authentic passion for Christian worldview education. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Kansas State University and a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Administration and Social Work from the University of Kansas.

Prior to coming to RCCA, Mrs. Chase served as the Director of the Braided Cord Cooperative, which provides educational opportunities and community for homeschool families in the Greater Binghamton, NY region, and she taught as an adjunct professor at Davis College in Johnson City, NY. Mrs. Chase also served on the Board of Trustees at Davis College. She previously worked as a professional counselor for the Christian Counseling Center in Johnson City, NY and served as the Executive Director of the Pregnancy Crisis Center in Wichita, KS. Mrs. Chase has traveled nationally to speak at Christian education conventions, women’s conferences, marriage retreats, Christian colleges and churches.

Mrs. Chase currently serves as the Coordinator of BCSANYS (Baptist Christian Schools Association of NYS), providing encouragement and staff development/training for regional Christian school leaders and teachers. She and her husband, David, have been married for 31 years, and have four daughters (3 have graduated from RCCA; youngest currently attends RCCA). They are active members of Gracepoint Church in Vestal, NY.

Mrs. Chase's favorite things are God's Word, laughter, a really good book, Kansas sunsets, RCCA soccer and basketball, KC Chiefs, and Christian education. She enjoys leading others in encouragement to find their passions and gifts from God, and loves investing in children and teens' lives - for eternity!
