Directions:

1. Click on the RRCA logo button to download and view the Pledge Card. Note: you must have a pdf viewer plugin installed on your computer. To install, go to Plugins for Firefox or Adobe Reader for Internet Explorer.
2. Print the form. This form is designed to mail. Please use a thicker grade of paper than standard photocopy paper. If you do not have a thicker paper stock, please mail in an envelope.
3. Fill out the form by hand and mail it in.

Gifts to RCCA are tax deductible as allowed by law.

Discretion in the use and disposition of all gifts whether designated or not are under the control of RCCA.
